Sec. 7-442e. Credit for prior service with Connecticut Housing Authority. Any employee of the Connecticut Housing Authority who became a member of the municipal employees' retirement system on July 1, 1986, and who had continuous service with said authority prior to participation in the system shall be credited for retirement purposes under this chapter with such period of continuous service. The Connecticut Housing Authority shall make contributions to the Municipal Employees' Retirement Fund for eligible employees in accordance with section 7-441. (P.A. 88-149, S. 4, 5.)
