Sec. 7-65a. Multiple interment in common hospital-supplied container. Multiple interment within a common hospital-supplied container shall be permitted only for fetal remains. If a death certificate is issued, such multiple interment shall be prohibited. Signed copies of the appropriate hospital consent forms for the disposition of remains and the permits required by law shall accompany any such container. (P.A. 93-279, S. 19.)
