Sec. 4-18. Resignations of state officers. The Governor may accept the resignation of any officer whose successor, in case of vacancy in office, he has power to nominate or appoint.

Sec. 4-18. Resignations of state officers. The Governor may accept the resignation of any officer whose successor, in case of vacancy in office, he has power to nominate or appoint. Where commissioner's findings and conclusions of law did not include a finding of the intent necessary to constitute a violation of a statute, appeal from his decision will be sustained. 167 C. 493.
