Sec. 22-229a. Sanitation, handling, storage and processing requirements for milk dealers. All milk dealers processing, handling, storing, distributing, transporting, selling or offering for sale, barter or exchange any milk, milk product or cheese shall comply with the sanitation, handling, storage and processing provisions of chapter 430 and any regulations adopted thereunder.
