Sec. 20-158. Restricted use of license or permit. Each licensee or permittee licensed under the provisions of this chapter who rents, loans or allows the use of his permit or license to an unlicensed person for unlawful use shall be fined one hundred dollars and shall forfeit his license as such licensee or permittee.
