Sec. 15-176. Reasonable time for compliance with requirement or order. Notwithstanding any provision of the general statutes, if the commissioner requires or orders any person or docking facility to comply with the provisions of sections 15-170 to 15-175, inclusive, such requirement or order shall specify a reasonable time for compliance, during which period no penalty shall be levied or assessed. In setting a reasonable time for compliance, the commissioner shall consider all relevant factors, including seasonal construction limitations. (P.A. 90-173, S. 11.)
